Picerne and its communities are taking the necessary precautions regarding the COVID-19 (Corona-virus) for the safety of our residents, their families and friends, and our staff.
Our offices are open to the public, however, in efforts to practice social distancing, we are requesting that you limit in-person contact for items such as paying rent and requesting maintenance. Both of these requests can be done by visiting your community website and clicking on the Residents tab and logging into our Resident Portal.
Our amenities are now open but may be operating under different rules and guidelines put in place by official mandates. Signage will be updated as needed and posted in these areas for you to easily reference. Should you have any questions about mask protocols, occupancy limits, and hours of operation, please check with your onsite teams.
We will continue to be transparent with our efforts and inform our communities of any changes that may take place.
We value our residents, and as a company, we pride ourselves on our customer service and comfortable living environments. We don’t want that to change! If you have any questions, we request that you call your leasing office directly and we will do our best to speak with you immediately.
