Picerne Real Estate Group has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Review-Journal and Business Press. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.

2019 Family Owned Business Awards

The 2019 Family Owned Business awards, hosted by Nevada Business Magazine and sponsored by corporate sponsor Nevada State Bank, were held on March 5th in Southern Nevada at the Springs Preserve. The awards began in 2010 to recognize hard-working Nevada families and the businesses they’ve built that help the Silver State thrive.

With over years in business, Picerne Real Estate Group won the Wisdom of Age award for the 2019 Family Owned Business. In addition, David Picerne was presented with a Certificate of Special Congressional Commendation from the United State congresswoman Dina Titus, a Certificate of Recognition from the State of Nevada Office of Governor Steve Sisolak, and a Congressional Recognition from the US House of Representatives for being a Finalist in Nevada Business Magazine’s 2019 Family Owned Business awards.

Best PMC Participation

Our Las Vegas team attended the Nevada State Apartment Association's 13th annual Jewel Awards at The Planet Hollywood Hotel. Picerne had eight nominees in the running for various awards, and Emily Claassen from Level 25 at Cactus was one of three finalists for the leasing consultant of the year. For the 3rd year in a row, Picerne Real Estate Group was presented with the top award for the Best Property Management Company participation in the annual NVSAA food drive. All 19 Nevada sites participated in the drive with a final total of over 5,200 food items that were collected for donation.
