Picerne's commitment to community management excellence has resulted in retaining the Institute of Real Estate Management's (IREM) prestigious Accredited Management Organization award, honoring exceptional professional achievement. In addition, several of our community managers have served as President of their local IREM chapters.

Fee Management Services

Day-to-day supervision by executive management ensures top performance in the field. We encourage advanced training in order to constantly improve the professionalism of our staff. This approach has led outside investor groups to place more than 2,000 apartment homes under Picerne’s management on a fee basis. Our community management team employs successful leasing techniques proven in highly competitive markets. We constantly monitor absorption and other factors to produce maximum income today and maximum appreciation over time.

The Picerne commercial portfolio comprises over twenty-five retail, office and industrial communities in the Rhode Island market. As a vertically integrated organization, we own and manage shopping centers, strip centers, office buildings and industrial parks that have been developed or acquired over the last several decades.

Our tenant roster includes prestigious national and regional tenants such as: Stop & Shop, Papa Gino’s, Fantastic Sam’s, Joe’s Crab Shack, Sherwin Williams, Milton Cat, Domino’s, Lumber Liquidators, Dunkin Donuts, Santander Bank, Rainbow Shops, Little Caesar’s, Monroe Muffler, McDonald’s, Wendy’s and D’Angelo’s.
